ALER's Executive Director received by the Brazilian Ambassador to Angola

In preparation for the initiatives foreseen in ALER's Activity Plan and Budget for 2024, ALER's Executive Director had a meeting with the Brazilian Ambassador to Angola, Rafael de Mello Vidal.

During the meeting, several opportunities for collaboration between Brazil and Angola in the field of renewable energy were identified, which were reinforced after the visit of President Lula da Silva to the country in August this year, who expressed interest in strengthening cooperation in the area of the environment.

ALER also had the opportunity to share the planned future activities of collaboration with Brazil within the CPLP and with a view to preparing a strong Lusophone participation in COP30, which will take place in Belém do Pará.
