Last October 21st, ALER participated in the webinar organised by the African Legal Support Facility (ALSF) under the theme: “The key ingredient of the negotiations: understanding the allocation of risks in energy projects”. This webinar is part of a series of 4 webinars related to natural resources, infrastructure, debt and energy and will be analysed from the perspective of the Portuguese speaking countries.
