Come to Lisbon for the SEforALL Forum…
This year the annual meeting of the SEforALL initiative will take place in the Portuguese capital between May 2 and 3, under the motto "Leaving No One Behind ". Come meet with governments, companies, financiers and civil society to discuss and promote new dynamics to reach faster and easier SDG 7.
Leaders from government, business, civil society and international organizations will gather 2-3 May 2018 in Lisbon, Portugal for the fourth Sustainable Energy for All (SEforALL) Forum.
The 2018 Forum, “Leaving No One Behind”, will take place at a pivotal juncture for accelerating progress on global sustainable energy goals — under Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 7 — and the Paris Climate Agreement. The Forum will examine the latest data on progress — or lack of — in achieving SDG7 goals.
The agenda will focus on sharing the latest evidence of scalable innovations in providing electricity access, accelerating renewable energy and improving energy efficiency in all corners of the world.
A highlight of the Forum will be the launch of the 2018 Global Tracking Framework report, which benchmarks annual progress towards achieving universal access to modern energy services, doubling renewable energy and improving energy efficiency by 2030.
To improve the overall experience for participants, the SEforALL Forum this year has a registration fee (300USD until March 31st, 400 USD until May3). This fee includes access to all activities over the two-days, which provide an opportunity to interact with leading figures in this movement, as well as meals. The fee may be waived on a case-by-case basis, depending on need or other constraints.
