INEGI signs protocol with CERMI in Cape Verde Mission

INEGI - Institute of Science and Innovation in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering, ALER’s Member, and CERMI - Renewable Energy Center and Industrial Maintenance of Cape Verde, ALER’s partners, signed on October 14 a cooperation protocol in the energy field.

 

The protocol establishes three areas of collaboration: specialized training for technical staff, resource mobilization for research projects, and joint consultancy projects in the ECOWAS (Economic Community of West African States) countries.

The cooperation protocol was signed during the trade and institutional mission to Cape Verde, where ALER and its members participated upon inviation from the Directorate General for Energy and Geology of Portugal. Besides INEGI other members also participated, namely Total Eren and Rosseti, whose representative, Eng. Pedro Martins, was also present as a member of ALER’s Board.
