This is the third and last webinar on mini-grids, organized by Energypedia UG, partner of ALER, titled, “Productive End Use of Mini-Grids using Micro/Mini Hydro – Three Examples of How to Make it Happen”.
This webinar will feature case studies from Indonesia, Myanmar and Nepal and will focus on the social and technical pre-conditions for PEU - Productive End Use (such as load management, tariff system and technical reliability), increase in load factor via PEU and pros and cons of electrifying "existing activities” versus “new businesses”.
