ALER attends the 1st Cabo Verdean-German Energy Symposium

The German-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCILA) is organizing the First Germany Trade Mission to Visit Cape Verde under the motto "Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy for the development of Cape Verde”, in close collaboration with the Directorate General of Energy (DGE) and support of the Cape Verdean Investment Promotion Agency (CI), Chambers of Commerce and Industry Sotavento and Barlavento, the ECOWAS Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (ECREEE) and the german Renewables Academy AG (RENAC).
 

The symposium will be held on October 13th, 2015, from 9am to 5pm at the Centre of Renewable Energy and Industrial Maintenance (CERMI), Praia. Participants will get first-hand information about renewable energy and energy efficiency technologies which are already being used in Germany. ALER will participate at the final pannel debate.
 

The initiative is under the scope of the 1st International Fair of Environment and Renewable Energy (FIAER 2015), where ALER is a partner and responsible for the Workshop "Private sector involvement in renewable energies in Cape Verde: Opportunities and challenges" wich will take place on 15th October, thereby contributing to a week dedicated to energy.
