TIME magazine presents the clean cooking as a priority solution for the next decade

TIME magazine's new TIME 2030 project, a series that explores how to solve the world's most urgent challenges, highlighted clean cooking as a priority for the next decade.

 

José Andrés, Clean Cooking Champion - a committee of international personalities who work with Clean Cooking Alliance to raise awareness about clean cooking - is highlighted in this TIME project as one of the ambassadors of the TIME 2030 Committee, which presented 8 solutions for a more equitable and sustainable future.

 

Andrés calls attention to the climate and environment, health, and gender benefits of transitioning to cleaner, more modern stoves and fuels, stating that "clean cooking is truly the best investment we can make for a healthier humanity and a healthier planet.

 

This TIME 2030 Committee also includes well-known international personalities, such as actress Angelina Jolie, Darren Walker, President of the Ford Foundation, among others.
