Four Renewable Energy events in September in which ALER is a partner

In September, ALER starts the new academic year as a partner of four conferences dedicated to renewable energy. From Europe to Mozambique, we will be attending three conferences, for which we offer a 20% discount on the registration fee to ALER Members.

 

World Hydrogen & Renewables

The first event in which ALER will be participating is the World Hydrogen & Renewables which will take place from September 12th to 14th in Madrid, Spain. On September 13th, ALER will be represented by its Executive Director, Isabel Cancela de Abreu, in a session entirely dedicated to "Case studies from Lusophone African countries".

 

An unmissable opportunity to learn, connect and partner with renewable energy and hydrogen project developers, banks and investors, utilities, energy suppliers, government representatives and other key stakeholders in the region.

40th European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition

The 40th European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition (EU PVSEC) is the second conference in which ALER will be participating and takes place in Lisbon, Portugal, from September 18th to 22nd. Here, ALER's Executive Director is a guest speaker at a session dedicated to "Solar potential and developments in Lusophone African countries" on September 20th.

 

EU PVSEC is the world's leading forum for research and development in photovoltaics and the world's largest solar PV conference. It covers a wide area of PV topics such as device materials, components and systems, wafering, BIPV, agrivoltaics, floating PV and much more.

 

At the same time, it is a state-of-the-art PV exhibition, where the specialised photovoltaic industry presents technologies, innovations and new concepts in the photovoltaic sector.

 

During these days, PV experts from all over the world gather at this conference to participate in this specialised event, present and discuss the latest developments in PV energy, establish contacts and conduct business.

17th edition of the Microgrid Global Innovation Forum

The 17th edition of the Microgrid Global Innovation Forum returns to London, England from September 26th to 27th.

 

This event dedicated to the mini-grid sector aims to present solutions to decarbonise the energy mix through on-grid and off-grid solutions, promoting energy access and rural electrification in developing regions.

 

This Forum will analyse the latest technological advances, business models and case studies in Europe, Africa, Asia-Pacific and Latin America.

 

Organised by Smart Grid Observer, the event is aimed at project developers, utilities, energy providers and others interested in optimising distributed renewable energy resources in an evolving sustainable energy grid.

Mozambique Gas & Energy Summit & Exhibition

Finally, the month of September ends with the Mozambique Gas & Energy Summit & Exhibition on September 27th and 28th in Maputo, Mozambique. As a partner of the event, ALER is a guest speaker in session 6 on September 28th, in which Isabel Cancela de Abreu will present "Renewable energy developments and the potential of the Energy Transition in Mozambique".

 

Dedicated to the Mozambican market, this conference will be the meeting point for the main government and industry actors, with international investors, promoters and participants from the private sector. All participants will be able to establish B2B contact networks, develop partnerships and exchange knowledge about the best national practices.

 

This conference is expected to be attended by more than 3,000 industry professionals who work and collaborate to develop the Mozambican energy scenario, ensuring the success of the country and the global energy community.
