I European Forum of Engineers without Borders

TESE, ALER’s Members, was invited to participate on the First European Forum of Engineers Without Borders, a 2-day event that will take place on 8-9 May 2020 in Brussels, Belgium.

The Forum is a valuable platform for exchanging ideas and best practices, and discussing common issues. It will facilitate and promote international cooperation between our organisations. It is also meant to increase the visibility of our organisations towards key European stakeholders based in Brussels.

The Belgian Engineers without borders (French and Flemish-speaking communities) are all volunteers. They provide technical support, on demand, to local communities in developing countries. They have been active for around 30 years, mainly in Africa and South America. They help provide drinking water to local communities, they help develop solutions for waste management, they support the deployment of renewable energy solutions.
